1. Your Privacy

Your privacy is of great importance to WiSE People Talent Solutions BV. We therefore ensure compliance with the relevant privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR). In other words:

Through the present privacy policy, we clearly define the purposesfor which we process your personal data, before we process the same;

store as little personal data as possibleand only the data required to achieve our purposes

we explicitly request permissionto process your personal data, in case permission is required

we take necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties that process personal data for us;

we respect your rights, such as the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data processed by us.

Your data is safe with us and we shall always use this data properly. This privacy policy explains all that we at WiSE People webapp do with the information relating to you, that comes to our knowledge.

2. Your Account

To use WiSE People you must first register yourself with your e-mail and a password of your choice. You have to provide information about yourself. With that, we create an account, via which you can log in with that same e-mail and password.

For this purpose we will use your email address, language and IP-address.

We do this on the basis of your consent. We will retain this information for three months after you close your account. We save this information so that you do not have to repeatedly re-enter it in the webapp, and to enable us to you contact you more easily if so required. You can make changes to your information at any time via your account.

We avail of the services of certain companies, to which we may provide your personal data as mentioned above:

Of these parties, Google, Facebook and LinkedIn are based outside the EU.

3. Sending newsletters

We have a newsletter and you are automatically added to the list of subscribers. The newsletter provides you with news, tips and information about our products and services. For this purpose we will use your e-mailaddress, application status and the info entered by you on a voluntary basis.

We do this on the basis of your consent. We retain this information until you cancel your subscription.

The newsletter is sent by e-mail.

You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

4. Contact forms

You can use the contact form to ask us questions or make requests. We may use the following data for this purpose: your e-mail address, telephone number, name and first name.

We keep this information, until we are sure you are satisfied with our response, with a maximum of 1 year after our last contact.

5. Disclosing information to other companies or organisations

We shall not disclose your personal data to other companies or organisations other than those that provide us the aforementioned services, except where we are legally bound to do so (for example, if the police requires such information when they suspect a crime).

We maintain statistics on the use of our web app.

7. Cookies

Our webapp uses cookies Cookies are small files in which we can store information, so that you do not have to re-enter it every time. But they also enable us to see that you are visiting us again.

You can disable cookies in your browser, but in that case some of our web app features will not work properly.

We have concluded agreements about the use of cookies with other companies that place cookies. However, we do not have full control over what they do with the cookies. So please also read their privacy policies.

8. Google Analytics, Facebook & LinkedIn

We use Google Analytics, a Facebook-pixel and a LinkedIn Insight Tag to track how visitors use our webapp. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they can and cannot keep track of. We have not permitted Google to use the Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymise the IP addresses.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

When our web app changes, we also need to update the privacy statement. We will notify you by e-mail.

10. Your rights

You may always contact us in case you have any questions or wish to know what personal data we have concerning you. See the contact details below.

You have the following rights:

to receive explanations about what personal data we have and what we do with it

to inspect the exact personal data we have concerning you;

to rectify errors in the data

to remove personal data;

to have personal data transferred to another party;

to revoke consent;

to restrict a particular processing;

to object to a particular use.

Please always clearly state who you are, to prevent us from modifying or deleting data relating to the wrong person.

In principle, we will comply with your request within one month. However, depending on the complexity of the request, and the specific rights of data subjects, it may be necessary to extend this period. We will notify you well in time in case the aforementioned period is to be extended.

11. Logging a complaint

If you wish to lodge a complaint about the use of your personal data, please send an e-mail to hello@wisepeople.be. We will internally deal with complaints and will keep you updated concerning the same.
